We got an upgrade to a bigger room when we arrived, like, how cool is that? Chommie at reception was super helpful, served us drinks all night! The view from the restaurant was absolutely lekker, felt like a proper holiday with those mountains around.

Just watch out for the bathroom after a shower, it gets a bit flooded, but if you don’t mind a wet floor, it’s cool I suppose.

I was quite frustrated with the bathroom setup. the lack of a shower curtain meant the floor became a slippery mess after every shower, which was deeply uncomfortable. the lighting in the room was too dim, making it challenging to read or do any work. To top it off, I found some lingering detergent odors in the bedding, which was unpleasant when trying to relax.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel, especially enjoying the amazing view of Sofia while relaxing at the outdoor restaurant. Visiting North Park nearby was delightful for the kids, and the fresh lemonade with cake upon arrival was a lovely touch.
